Well done. The scenery was majestic and I loved all the actors in it.

Best movie of 2018. Who here agrees? Killmonger was a great character and Klaue is always a great MCU baddie. The villains made this movie.

Rented this to watch with grandkids and husband. We enjoyed this movie because it was action packed and the scenery was beautiful. There were times when we laughed out loud. I think the actors did a nice job.

Black Panther is overrated. Besides the cool scenery (which did have some bad CGI) and interesting technology, there is not one thing I could find that this movie did absolutly right. I didn't laugh at any of the jokes, the acting didn't strike me as good, and I felt no suspense whatsoever. I understand why people enjoy movies like this, but I'm just not that big of a superhero person. There are a few Marvel films that I really love, but this film is not one of them.

I really liked this film!! I had doubts because I am not a big fan of special effects films and superheros not at all. This may sound strange, but I bonded with these characters in much the same way as I did with the first Star Wars movie and ET when I saw them in a theater. The heroes / heroines are not cartoon characters; they are fully developed / flawed humans. I don't want to give anything away, but there were some small vignettes and statements that brought tears to my eyes. Ryan Coogler did an amazing job in directing this film. I could do with less of the CGI, but I was thrilled by the fact that the vast majority of these "special effects" were created and controlled by people of color. I was very pleased by the ending which fulfilled the wishes of one of the heroines. Because I am 70 I remember well seeing Sidney Poitier demonstrate his great skill and dignity in his early films like A Patch of Blue and To Sir, With Love. I have loved Forest Whitaker and Angela Bassett for many years. There have been marvelous films about people of color over the years... Sounder, The Color Purple, Glory. Never before, however, ( to my knowledge ) have people of color in a film held the power to save the world or conquer it. 100 years + is long enough to have waited. Kristi & Abby Tabby

I would love to give this movie a five - because when I came out from watching I was 'hyped'. I was feeling energized and motivated - "Wakanda Forever!" - all of it - but after watching it over like 10 times now...it's impossible to ignore the bad/lazy CGI in the last half. You don't notice it when you're caught up in the moment (although some people have told me that it pulled them out of the movie when they first saw it).

This movie despite that CGI 3rd act - presents us with GREAT female characters - a wonderful fleshed out fictional world - and a villain, so good, you find yourself wondering; whose side am I really on. Overall great movie.

I was originally skeptical about this movie given the hype, but a very solid film. There's definitely more character development than in other recent Marvel flicks, reminded me of the first Captain America film.

Make sure you have a comfy chair or couch when you watch this film because it's a bit long. But the special effects are cool, the soundtrack is pumping and the story is very well-written.
