Oh, I was so disappointed in this self-absorbed book. I know much more than I care to about Judith's personal life and not any more regarding the topic I was hoping to learn about. Seems to be written as a catharsis for her own issues. Not recommended; there are better books out there, for instance, Karla McLaren.
