If you are looking for stories from the actors of the show, this is not the book for you. While there are some additions from the actors, there aren't many. This book mostly features the writers and producers of Buffy and Angel and stories on how the shows were created - what the process was to get the shows on tv and how things were written. While that is pretty cool, I'm not convinced it warranted over 500 pages, especially with how repetitive some of it got. However, reading this made me start Buffy all over again and Angel will join once I hit that point in the series.
