I really enjoyed this book. I always wondered why Mapleshade HATED Thunderclan so much, now I know. Also, in a previous book, in passing Goosefeather's 'weird' ways was mentioned. That he always seemed to be mumbling to himself. Again. now I know why. Poor Goosefeather. Well, lastly, Ravenpaws Farewell - says it all. Loved all three stories.

Added comment: I hope another continuing story with Goosefeather will be written.

Erin, I need to know what happens after Pineheart received his nine lives. I didn't want this story to end where it did.

As an old-time Erin Hunter fan, I have to say that this book is probably the best out of any of the books that the girls have even written. Don't get me wrong, I've read the entire series of Warriors, Seekers, and Survivors, but none of the books have quite a lasting impact as this single, novel. Though, I have to admit, it's been a few years since I've last picked up an Erin Hunter book, but when I started reading this one, I just couldn't bring myself to close it. I had to keep reading until the book was finished, which admittedly took me a day to complete.

Out of the three short-stories, Goosefeather's Curse is the most resonating, but the other two are heart-breaking and well illustrated too. Mapleshade's Vengeance was more of an explanation on her past-life, and how she got to the Place of No Stars. And, Ravenpaw's Farewell made you feel his nostalgia for Clan-life, the heavy burden of his past, and also Barely's unconditional-love and dedication for his furry companion. To be perfectly honest, I never expected to have enjoyed this book as much as I did. I'm even considering re-reading the Warriors series over again- and it's been so very long.

I suggested this title!
I originally had a OC named Maplestorm, so I've been pretty interested in Mapleshade...

If Firestar named Ravenpaw, it would be Ravenfeather.
Can't wait to read this book.
And by the way, XxSilverstreamxX, please don't be a spoiler.

I love this book. All the stories were great but my favorite was Mapleshade's story. She went through so much pain and lose with her clan her mate and her kites. And then her mate likes another cat and the Mapleshade ends up killing her mate for revenge. It still was a great book but very sad. :(

I always loved Ravenpaw so really looking forward to that! I always wished that Firestar could have given Ravenpaw his warrior name because even though he was no longer with Thunderclan he and Barley helped them out numerous times. he earned his warrior name. I would have named him RavenWing

I adored this book, and when I finally finished reading it, I must say I wished it hadn't ended.
I suppose my favorite tale out of the three is Mapleshade's Vengeance. Now I understand why Mapleshade hated ThunderClan and wanted revenge for most of her life.
Ravenpaw's Farewell was sad. I never really cared much for Ravenpaw until now.
And as for Goosefeather's Curse? I think it was unfair that he had a cursed life. I don't think any cat, or human, deserves to be cursed.
Anyway, I hope all of you enjoyed it as much as I did!
