St. Trinian's is an all-girls school run by the quirky headmistress Ms. Camilla Fritton. When the newly appointed minister of education shakes things up and tries to take them down, the girls have no choice but to rise to the occasion. After all, they excel at chaos and attitude and that's exactly what it's going to take to beat the authorities before they close down their beloved school for good. Now, the school will need the help of Head Girl Kelly and artful dodger Flash Harry to save the school from bankruptcy.

very silly and funny! It's the Brit girls' public school version of Animal House.
Colin Firth is hilarious.

St Trinian's is the sixth in a long-running series of films based on the works of cartoonist Ronald Searle.

The first four films form a series, starting with The Belles of St Trinian's (1954, the first film) , with sequels Blue Murder at St Trinian's(1957, the second film), The Pure Hell of St Trinia in (1960, the third film), The Great St Trinian's Train Robbery (1966, the final film of the quartet) and The Wildcats of St Trinian's (1980, with Maureen Lipman taking on the Joyce Grenfell role) .

Then a new series of St. Trinians starting with this one St Trinian's (2007, the first film) and St. Trinian's II: The Legend of Fritton's Gold (2009, the second film)
