This Jane Austen biography is the most engaging on the topic that I have read. I really felt as if I was in her world watching from the side-lines as she moved around England with her family. Being a Jane Austen fan I was very happy to read every detail. I've been told there are very good videos and podcasts by the author Jane Worsley so I will be following that lead up.

Jane Austen, the Secret Radical by Helena Kelly is the other book I'd recommend, and one I've bought to have at my side when I next reread Jane Austen's books.
