Definitely odd, but quite sweet, overall. Liked it more than I thought I would.

Just ok. Some funny parts, but this is a movie to skip to be honest. The Avengers of bad wedding movies is what I like to think of this movie.

Very confused movie that wasn't sure if it was a comedy or a drama. Lots of plot holes.

Just a plain-o s*itty movie. Just terrible. A comedy? Does Anna Kendrick play the same 'clueless' actress in all her movies?? One look at the cover should have told me everything I needed to know. Half way through I just ejected the dvd and thought, "Whaaa?". Horrible.

A hideous tale full of vulgarity and generally bad behaviour. A 'pretty' film sadly targeted at younger audiences who will be taking notes on how to interact with their peers; it is hollow at best and should find its way to the bin.
It was nice to see Lisa Kudrow, but all actors involved in this one must be sick to their stomachs at the final product as their presence in this film indicates desperation for failing careers.

Not as funny as I was expecting but Anna Kendrick remains one of the most watchable young actresses around. This movie's most poignant moments are definitely its most serious, holding a mirror up to what some of us as the audience may struggle with in the process.

Not one character to like, all mean-spirited and shallow. Stopped watching it.

This would have to be the most boring movie. Plot was weak, acting was weak & it was neither funny or romantic.

I loved this quirky, charming, slow paced film. If you enjoy other films by the Duplass brothers (The One I Love, Safety Not Guaranteed), you will like this one too.

Eloise McGarry: Today will not suck.

[coming to Table #19]

Eloise McGarry: Hi.

Rezno Eckberg: Hello. Oh my God. Hi, I'm Renzo. I've achieved puberty and I'm in a rock band.

Walter Thimple: I'm Walter and I've also achieved puberty.

Freda Eckberg: I'm Francie Millner's first nanny.

Jerry Kepp: I can smell the toilets from here, that's how well we know the bride and groom.

You know it is a stinker when there are only two quotes at IMDb for a film with notable actors. These on the nanny are not in IMDb yet:

Hollywood marriages bust up all the time because of the nanny.
===
Never doubt a nanny's intuition.
===
What kind of nanny are you?
-Retired.
