Olga is a big-hearted girl who prefers the company of animals to that of humans. She LOVES animals – including the stinky, amorphous creature she discovers in her shed. She names it 'Meh' after the only noise it makes and with her typical enthusiasm proclaims that it has 'the coolest poop ever!... Read More »

Add a CommentOlga's not the best storyteller, but I appreciated her strangeness, enjoyed her humor, and was hooked by the end. I'm sure young readers will definitely be amused.
I can definitely see an audience for this book-smart,witty, science girls in first and second grade. I found the story sort of flat.
Great book in the Diary of a Wimpy kid genre. Olga is a future zoologist and an avid observer who discovers a creature some call the Fart Balloon!
Love this book! Hilarious! Now I want a pet Meh! One thing, I don't think Mr Hoopahs store is fiction. I have totally shopped in stores like this, especially in Los Angeles.
extremely awsmazing (awesome and amazing) I thought the skiddle poop was prettty funny
I loved this book because Olga makes friends with a new species cold the olgamis and calls it meh but she also becomes friends with her enemy's.I recommend this book to people that have a big imagination.
Cool
Olga is a smart young girl who likes animals more than people. She loves science and the scientific method. She is careful and observant and she keeps all her findings in a notebook. This habit will come in handy when she discovers an unknown animal, that even a trip to the library ( her description of the librarian is hilariously accurate hahahah) cant solve. Will Olga every find out what the smelly thing is? Will she always like animals more than people? the only way to find out is to read this delightful book!!
Delightful and fun! Bonus: Olga's Famous Olive Muffins recipe is delicious.
This book is funny, cartoony, and totally kooky! I loved it and it made me laugh out loud several times. It has enough ridiculousness and bathroom humor to keep any child turning the pages. Plus, of course I loved that one of the coolest characters in the book is a librarian.
