Quirky, odd, unusual subjects and plots abound, as would be expected from a collection of short stories. Some I found well constructed, others not so much. But all mysteriously entertaining. The idea of food's service to the murderer is not new, but this is a delightful (for the most part) taste of the genre. See Molly MacRae's "Junk Food".
