SummaryAdd a Summary
I have just finished a book called, "ESCAPING the Giant Wave" by Peg Kehret a realistic-fiction book. In this book the protagonist is a thirteen-year-old boy name, Kyle. Kyle has a little sister name, Beebee. They live together with their mom and dad. His parents work as a salesman. His dad sells offices and his mom sells houses. This year his dad was the best salesman of the year so they got an invitation to Oregon. Kyle had never been to the Pacific Ocean and luckily Oregon is next to the Pacific Ocean. Kyle also had an enemy his name is, Daren they both went to school together. Daren would push Kyle or trip him and other different things. Daren's mother and father also worked as a sales person so they were also invited to the party. The party was held on a ship. Kyle and Beebee couldn't come because it was an adult only. So Kyle and Beebee had to stay in a hotel called the, Totem Pole Inn.
