This book is great for people who don't know too much about tofu (like me). Recipes are very clear, and i think that you will be able to found most of the ingredients here in Calgary. I also liked the fact that there are recipes for everybody, from omnivores to vegans.
Fascinating stories about the people who make tofu. Most of the recipes involve some form of meat (pork, bonito flakes, etc.), but there are some vegetarian recipes.
