See my review of the initial "Wheat Belly" Book (and the more thorough and easier to read review on Amazon).

As relates to the first review on this book, I am amazed that there are people who comment without having a real clue as to updated research that swims against the tide of Big AgriBusiness and a government that desperately needs to have people NOT believe the truths of people like Dr. Davis and Gary Traubes.

Please check the provided links that reflect clinical research (vast amounts in some cases. Please read the books by Gary Traubes. Please check out the additional following links...

This author/doctor has replaced wheat with high fat recipes. As a diabetic with celiac you do not need to use fats or sugars to make a gluten free diet taste good. I can not believe this book was written by a medical doctor.
