great book - really makes you take a look at what is really important and how one speaks to their children/infront of their children. A thoughtful insight to parenting - makes you really think about things you may have never considered prior.

Surprisingly good book based on Dr. Brown's research and experience. What I liked most about this book is that it pointed out the fundamental and root reasons for the challenges and struggles family faces. The simple list of guide posts addresses these fundamental issues yet are practical enough to do.
