Sept 28 2016.....I watched this sometime this year, but can't remember when. Very graphic but I was entranced!

It’s a good film and well-worth watching, but it is also too graphic at times.

This movie is moving and inspiring, and hard to watch at times (graphic injuries), definitely not a feel-good picture. The woman featured is just astounding in her dedication and love for the animals, and the doctor and staff at her sanctuary are wonderful. The movie is perhaps a bit drawn out and the message felt somehow diluted — maybe it just wasn't the best editing job. I feel like a bit of a jerk, not giving a big fat thumbs-up to a movie with this subject matter, but my take is that the film was only so-so in its production.
