It says it's for beginners, or a gentle workout to get you back into shape after injury or pregnancy, but it's a bit more active and energetic than I expected. If you were recovering from a knee injury, this is not the video for you; lots of lunges and squats. If you are very overweight or just had a baby recently, this is not the video for you. It was okay for me, because I don't have any knee problems, just haven't worked out in a long time, and I still find it kind of challenging.
