Add a CommentA little too over the top wish fulfillment adventure.
Wild West already filled in by 1890s & too many stereotypes.
hi tuttut
lots of bad guys
Marvelous Tintin adventure with the added bonus of several extra pages explaining historical and other facts!
every TINTIN book is the best!
fabulous book.
In this book, TinTin comes to America and has a series of misadventures: he's falsely accused by police, captured by mobsters, and later nearly killed by native Americans. This a pre-captain Haddock entry in the series, so it's just TIntin and Snowy. This fast-paced chase is quite a romp. Unlike some of the later entries, this volumn frequently goes for pages without words. I had read several of the books before this but was surprised this was set in the 1930s.
