Well enough written and Scott Eaton does just about the best Thor I've ever seen. High Evolutionary and Diablo (despite his silly name) make good solid villains.

This has Scot Eaton's best work that I've ever seen him do. And the story's well done. I can understand why people would think this is underrated or why it went under the radar of many collectors. Definitely worth the read.

Outstanding miniseries by Abnett and Lanning, with outstanding art by Scot Eaton. Thor and Iron Man in the aftermath of Siege find themselves tangling with the High Evolutionary, Diablo, Ulik, and the Crimson Commando. The pacing of the story is done right, the characters are rendered just the way one would expect of them, and everyone has their own very distinctive voices. Abnett and Lanning are the sort of writers who should be entrusted with the future of Marvel, but unfortunately the man in charge, Darth Quesada, thinks far more of his friends instead.
