Other than over-glorifying the ironman triathlon, it is a good film for those who are fighting illness or who are thinking (or already) challenging themselves in sport. This focuses on the human side (mostly) of triathlon and marathon training and competing.
There are a few moments where the film quality is intentionally bad, some where it is unintentionally bad, but this is all in a tolerable amount. It may be a bit slow for some audiences, but those fascinated by the sports will have fun with it.
