Join Ridgedale Library in celebration of Earth Day at the Earth Day Fair!
The Earth Day Fair will focus environmental issue and climate change causes, impacts, and possible solutions. County officials, community partners, multiple city and county departments, students, teachers, and volunteers will provide resources, demonstrations, activities, and conversations to help us learn about environmental issues and climate change at the multi-station Earth Day Fair.
Stop into the Earth Day Fair to hear District 6 Commissioner Heather Edelson speak at the opening of the fair, enjoy craft activities, listen to an Earth Day Family Storytime, take part in a conversation about climate change to win a recycled book, make a seed ball or plant a seedling, take part in a community art project, and meet organizations and individuals working on solutions to environmental problems.
This program is part of Ridgedale Library’s “Striving for Resilience" climate series. Explore Ridgedale Library’s ongoing climate change display with materials for all ages and family activity table. Check out our online book lists to learn more.
