An attorney from Springboard’s Minnesota Lawyers for the Arts (MnLA) program will cover business models from LLC’s to 501(c)3’s, including information on how to prepare, and benefits and risks. Collaborator: Springboard for the Arts. This program is funded with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
